The standard-bearer of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Aged twice as long as we have to. Great for mixing with cocktails, and a great introduction to Bourbon Whiskey. Opens sweet, with light caramel and vanilla flavors and, later, a slight woody char. Long, crisp, and clean, with a gentle snap.
